Carpets with underlay and gripper rods

Hi, I'm clearing a house for renovation and have various rooms with good quality carpets of various sizes.

All are the same neutral light oatmeal/brown fleck, short tufted carpets.

I've added a couple of pictures to give you an idea.

They have only been down a couple of years and in rooms which have hardly been used.

New, they cost about £20/SQM, just for the carpet.

I've priced then at £5/SQM, including underlay and gripper rods. So, an absolute bargain.

I'm selling them as a room bundle with carpet, underlay and gripper rods from each room.

I have three rooms left, with the following sizes (taking account of door recesses etc).


Room 2: 3.3m x 3.2m, £53.00
Room 3: 3.3m x 1.8m, £30.00
Room 4: 3.2m x 2.8m, £45.00

Price quoted in the advert is for the smallest room. Each room bundle is individually priced.

I'll consider an offer for the whole lot.
