Description
The Kingswood Collection 14/3 Grey Oak Brushed Herringbone Flooring.
Originally purchased a few years ago. It was laid, covered and left down for approx 2 weeks in a new build before customer was handed keys. On the day on completion, the customer asked for it to be taken up again and had tiles laid shortly after.
It's been stored inside ever since. I had the intention of laying it but it's now surplus to requirements.
152 boards in total - AI suggests that the floor coverage is 4.56 sq meters / 49.6 Sq Feet
8 boards need a clean but all are in virtually as new condition.
Boards measure 600mm x 50mm x 14mm
Originally cost £92 per Sq Meter.
