Awful. I brought all the materials needed for laminate flooring with the intention that Johnathan would fit it, he booked me in (or so I thought) and I waiting a month. Luckily lockdown happened which prompted me to attempt to contact him to maybe rearrange, I text him and gave him 3 days to reply, he read the message but didn’t respond, I text again and still nothing and then I rang several times and yet no answer. If I hadn’t done that I would have ripped my current flooring up and would have been left with bare concrete floors for who knows how long. With a baby in tow that would not have been suitable. It is obvious that this person has no intention of coming to do my flooring and made me wait for no reason which is callous and not how a person should be treated. I would not hire Johnathan because he is simply a horrible person who has no respect for paying customers. I’d give him zero stars if I could
