At Prokil, we offer several property maintenance services to tackle common damp and timber issues within the home, from condensation damp to woodworm. We are accredited by the Property Care Association (PCA) and have specialist surveyors who are certified to identify and provide damp proofing solutions.

At Prokil, all of our specialist damp surveyors are independently qualified and have undergone vigorous training to ensure that they are able to correctly identify problems, what has caused them and what remedial work, if any, is required. Each of our surveyors is a certificated surveyor in remedial treatments, CSRT or certificated surveyor in damp and timber in buildings, CSTDB. Our basement and cellar waterproofing surveyors are all certificated surveyors in structural waterproofing, CSSW.

PROKIL advertises itself as "experts in damp proofing...that built up a reputation for providing the highest standards of customer care" Unfortunately I did not get service or any customer care, only those who got something are Prokil. They got my money for nothing. I have only received a copy-paste inspection report about condensation that even wrongly quoted British Standard?!?!?! Shouldn`t specialists, as they advertise themselves, suppose to describe my damp mouldy walls, "crying" windows, exposed rusty metal strips around the windows and 3 dehumidifiers used in the one bedroom flat and then find the cause of the problem? My letters for issuing the proper report were left unanswered, as well as request for money return if they do not want to do it. After this expirience just WARNING: do not get this company to write you the inspection report rather find reasons for your dampness by yourself and save yourself some money.

Prokil came out and gave me a good quote for damp in my home. After that, 2 of their operatives came and did the work to a great standard. Minimal mess and a great attitude. Completed the job very quickly considering how much work needed doing. The staff in the office were polite and incredibly efficient and helped me throughout the process. Overall, the customer service and the finished job were up to a high standard and I would highly recommend Prokil for anyone with a damp problem.
