The hours required:

Tuesdays 6pm – 10pm plus sleepover
Wednesdays 8am – 10pm plus sleepover
Thursdays 8am – 9.30am

Must be open to cover annual leave when my other PA is off and to cover sickness if possible

About me:

I am 41 have Cerebral Palsy, part time powered wheelchair user. Lives independently in Narberth. In the Welsh team playing the Paralympic sport of Boccia. I work 2 days per week. I love to go skiing abroad and travelling. I like to go on road trips. I like to listen to music. I like to cook different recipes of food with your support. I love trying fun new things.

What I am looking for:

I am looking for a reliable, and positive female Personal Care Assistant to support me in my day to day life and help with my personal care. I am an active person and like getting out and about. This role is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to bring energy, fun, and companionship while helping me live independently.

What the job role involves:

Providing personal care and daily living support
Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping and appointments
Supporting me to access the community and activities such as Boccia, (which is a paralympic sport)
Preparing and cooking healthy, balance diet meals (someone who cares about nutrition and enjoys cooking is ideal)
Helping with gardening such as mowing the lawn (especially in spring & the summer months)

What I am looking for:

Being open to spontaneous adventures, including road trips and outings. This could be in Pembrokeshire and the whole of the UK. Being reliable, respectful, and adaptable to my needs. A good and confident driver who can drive on motorways confidently, I have my own small wheelchair adapted vehicle you would be expected to drive. Must have a clean driving license. Supporting me to get ready for work on Thursday mornings

Rate of pay:

Employed: £13.50 per hour
Employed Sleep rate: £12.50
Self Employed: £17.40 per hour
Self Employed: £12.50 per hour

Please note if you're not self employed but would like to be, then I can support you in this.
