Rarely available 3-bedroom lodge sited on a premium area of this exclusive holiday park. It comes with double-glazing, central heating, and a lovely wraparound decking with skirting and access panels. It’s priced for a quick sale at £74,995 which includes the park’s commission, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer will also need to arrange site fees with the park. It’s in great used condition and can be used for 10.5 months of the year, and has a licence in place until 2049. The main living area is open-plan and has a kitchen, lounge area and dining area. It’s a very spacious room with high ceilings and large windows and doors at the front onto the decking. The second bedroom has a double bed, two wardrobes & a dressing table, and the third has two large single beds and it’s own wardrobe. The family wash-room comes with a full size bath (with overhead shower), a toilet, and a sink. 

St Margaret’s Bay Holiday Park is an exclusive site on top of the White Cliffs between Dover and Deal. It’s a very relaxed park with great on-site facilities, and is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It’s just 10 minutes from the M20 motorway and is in a quiet countryside location. The park is open for 10.5 months a year and shuts from mid-January until 1st March. The park’s facilities include a 22m indoor heated pool with a steam-room and jacuzzi, a well-equipped gym, The Boathouse bar & restaurant with nightly entertainment, a small amusement arcade, shop, and a new indoor soft-play area. The park is pet friendly, and has some beautiful walks nearby. The towns of Dover, Deal and Sandwich are close by, with Canterbury being the nearest main city.
