Description
I’m selling my tiny house as I’m leaving the country in November. I’m looking for £20,000 as it still needs a bit of work and could use some TLC. Quality materials were used and the inside is all wood cladding apart from the shower board.
I lived in the tiny house for a year while building it but I live with my partner in a different
city now and I just don’t have the time to finish it. It’s based in Redditch and you can see most of what it needs by the pictures. DM me if you are seriously interested, I’m looking for a quick sale. Please be warned this tiny house is around 4.2 tonne so you can’t legally tow it and it would need to go on a transporter. The wheels were taken off to preserve the tyres and will be reinstalled before collection.
Things to be done:
Paint Loft Above Bathroom
Lay Flooring In Loft Above Bathroom
All interior finishing trims and skirting board ie around windows and doors
Bathroom Door
Mirror Hung
Bathroom Lights Installed (holes just need to be cut)
Kitchen Wall Units
Kitchen Counter Stained & Installed
Kitchen Tap Installed (have tap just need hole cutting)
Kitchen Side Panel and Final kickboard installed
Repaint outside grey sections due to paint peeling (It was a B&Q mixed paint but doesn’t seem to hold up to the heat)
Design Plans
Bedroom loft to have a storage system installed to separate the bedroom from the living space, protect against falls, support the loft and to store items
Media cabinet on blank space of the wall where all media cables end and where the internet box is located.
