It has some defects: the closet shelves and two light bulbs that need replacing.
The Thruma stove needs to be repaired.
We're selling it cheap because we're short on time and can't repair it, as we're moving abroad soon.
It has mosquito nets and blinds and it is very clean and free of any moisture.
