Here we have for sale our much loved static caravan sited at Hutleys Caravan Park, St Osyth, near Clacton on Sea.
This is a very friendly, lovely family run park with no age limit as long as you pay your fees and look after your van.
The caravan is a 3 bedroom and it has everything you need for years of happy memories.
I have just had New Decking fitted which cost £3000, site rent paid till March.
Smart tv, fridge freezer, new microwave, hardly used mattresses and all bedding if wanted, all cutlery, saucepans, kettle, toaster, 3 sheds and more.
All ready to go.
