chairs. Down a passageway, there is a family bathroom with a full-size shower. Towards the end
is the first bedroom which has 2 single beds, with plenty of storage. Next is a cupboard for
storing coats and footwear which also houses the gas boiler for heating & hot water. Finally, there is the master bedroom with a double bed, storage & en-suite toilet.

The caravan has satellite TV connections in the living room & each of the bedrooms. There is
also some outdoor furniture & a secure locker which can also be included within the sale. Site
fees are paid until the end of the year. The caravan is sited & ready to be used immediately.

The caravan is located in Stanhope, right in the heart of beautiful Wear Dale. The site is Heather View, which is the premium site in this area. On-site, there are 2 children's play areas & a
clubhouse which has weekly family entertainment through most of the year. There are also
plenty of places to explore & Stanhope town centre is a short walk away.
