Located on a lovely site with a clubhouse and great amenities. The site has a golf course, race track and cairns table for hiking up the hill with other hill walking routes too. Dumfries house , drumclog and an outdoor swimming pool are a short drive away too.
Site fees are £175pm and can be paid monthly. There is no time limit for the van on the site. Also has double glazing and central heating. The boiler currently has boiler cover too.
We’re absolutely gutted to be selling, but we just don’t get the use out of it anymore.
