Description
Hymer 2 berth caravan Dry and cosy with traditional lighting.Working fridge and 3 ring gas hob good kitchen facilities. Loads of cupboards providing ample storage. All windows with working blinds and easily open. Some crackling on front and back window(see pictures)
Bathroom with working Thetford toilet. Bathroom cabinet, mirror lighting and small wash handbasin not currently used. Cold water only.
Recently replaced leisure battery. Electric hook up with adaptor cable. All water containers and gas bottle included in sale.
Sofas convert to generous double bed. We chose to remove the original table to improve the sofa relaxing area and introduced a small Ikea table and hinged bed mechanism and both systems will work depending on your choice.
Exterior of caravan in good order with new Hymer decals replacing originals which sadly faded with age. Small dent on back which was part of its history when we bought it.
The caravan has its own original awning. The instructions for erection are included in documents and the poles are colour coded.The caravan is compact but really workable so the awning has barely been used.
We have travelled with this caravan all over the UK and Spain. It has a new Alco hitch £600 and new tyres all road legal. The rear lights have been replaced. We have used it summer and winter and towed it everywhere with confidence from Cornwall to Lochinver -it is after all a Hymer.
We attended the Hymer Chill festival in the English Lake District where it exhibited its unique quirkiness.This is not a white box and seeks owners that will continue to use it and recognise its Hymer History. As far as we are aware it is the only one currently on the road in the UK
