fleetwood 5 berth caravan (would say more like a 4 berth)

made in 1992.

sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids fine. 2 brand new wheels and tyres. gas oven and hobs working fine. cold water/pump working to the kitchen sinks (tanks cleaned using milton every 3 months). no leaks (we have just got home after camping during storm)

front and rear seating area fold to beds. small table to rear and fold table for front.

working toilet.

internal lights and both plug sockets working. (we took an air fryer last few trips and worked great) we also use a plug in oil heater when cold. fridge/freezer also working.

i have photographed all the bits the previous owner did "repairs" to the body work which is cosmetic. there was an old drip in the skylight. this has been re sealed and no longer an issue.

the sale will include water barrel. waste bottles and electric hook up cable.

we bought this as an upgrade to our tent and we will be looking to get a bigger/newer caravan. it is what it is and we have had lots of fun in it. we have towed it all over the highlands without issue.

the tow hitch connects fine. The towing lights work fine.

i never got round to sorting the shower out as we use the on site ones. the pump does put water in that direction but if you planned on using the shower I would check the seals/lines first. we only use the kitchen sink water.

We use black out blinds and velcro tape for window coverings as light and cheap.These will come with also.

i also have a caravan light weight flat screen tv that can go with it too.

would have been perfect for belladrum. wish id listed before then.

If towing very far I would look at the damper on the hitch as it is old. we have towed all over the highlands without issue but just want people who are intereated to be aware of as much as possible re this caravan.

we love it and enjoyed having it. it is old but has a few years left im sure. it will be ready to leave as of the 15th August.
