Description
A neat little three birth caravan with an air framed awning with instructions and a separate wind break. The bed is transverse 6ft. 2in x4ft 7ins. There is a three way fridge, all working, a two burner hob and sink. Sadly one of the glass hob covers has broken and been replaced by one made of wood. I have searched for a glass replacement but been unsuccessful. The washroom has had a replacement cassette in 2022. Unfortunately the gas room heater doesn't work but it may be possible to get it repaired. There is a caravan specific electric blower heater which is very efficient. The 240 volt hook-up supplies four 13 amp sockets and a battery charger. There is no damp. The caravan has been regularly serviced since it was purchased in 2022. Three tyres, one spare, and a 100ah leisure battery were fitted in July 2022.
