Central heating can be ran from gas or electric. Samsung TV and sharp microwave included in sale also 10 CD changer music system with Sony MP3 player. Comes with alarms and all receipts. Also included motor mover just haven't had the time to fit. Large awning with two extra bedrooms. And porch awning if something smaller is required. Loads and loads of storage.
