This is a 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps 8 people one double room, 2 twin rooms and a pull out double sofa bed in the living room. It comes with electric heating in all rooms, gas cooker and boiler (for hot water only not central heating). Gas bottles to be restocked as needed. There is no age limit on Golden Lea’s holiday park, Minster, Isle of Sheppey where the van is located, you just have to upkeep the gas and electric safety checks which the site completes for you for a fee of £75 per test these have just been completed. One is required annually the other every 3 years. The ground rent fee for this year was £4450. The site has 2 heated swimming pools one of which is a shallow children’s pool, 2 play parks one for smaller children and one for older kids, a football/basketball pitch, a club house with regular entertainment and is within walking distance to the beach.

It’s a really lovely owners only site so you don’t get randoms coming on for holidays, the only reason we’re looking to sell is that we’ve moved quite far away and had a baby so instead of a 30mins commute we’re now doing a 2hr commute each way with the baby. We’re not using it as we should be.
