Well looked after, spacious, fridge/freezer, comfy, large bed!

Superb condition for its age. No damp or leaks.
Spacious and very comfortable, fresh, bed for 2 (3 if smaller or children). Can be used whole year round, also as a business caravan as well.
This caravan has been well looked after over the years and is in a good condition. It has an incredible amount of kit (one well used and two additional awnings, water carriers etc),. NO LEAKING, extra roof sealing.
On the outside it is in fair condition, but it’s well kept inside, a lot of storage space and two gas bottles and many water and waste carriers (each £60 RPR), extra nearly full barrel of toilet fluid.
Hot water runs on main electricity and gas.

Fridge on mains or gas.
2 roof vents, either side of the caravan there are large locked compartments for storage (2), battery and connecting lead for 240V, toilet cassette and flush filler point, there is the TV aerial access point,
Gas grill and gas oven, some issue with gas heating, but maybe needs a new bottle, I have another bottle but different connector, so not able to test it.
Bought and installed new Vebasto Diesel heating (over £200), needs some TLC.
Spare mains heater available on request.
