2009, 4 birth fixed bed end bathroom.

Caravan is in great condition no damp or soft flooring. There’s a few age related marks but nothing major. It has laminated flooring but comes with fitted grey carpet aswell.

Has a fixed double bed with rear end bathroom, separate shower cubicle. Has a swivel toilet with electric flush. Has front U seating area at the front of caravan which converts into a large double bed. It has a 3 way fridge/freezer so this can be used via gas,battery or mains. Has a full-size oven with a separate grill. The thermo coupler has recently been changed in the grill. It has a large onboard water tank, hot/cold water feature. It has a gas fire with blow air heating. Extractor fan in kitchen area which extracts air in or out. It has a gas point outside for BBQ and also an exterior electric socket. There’s ample storage space throughout the caravan including under fixed bed which there is also a outside locker to access this. Theres blinds/fly screens on each window including the door. Theres a large sky light at the front of caravan and smaller one above the fixed bed and one in shower. The caravan comes with original TV and also has a stereo in cupboard. The caravan is fitted with a motor mover for easier manoeuvre. It also has a spare wheel. Has alko stabiliser hitch.

The caravan will come with Step, hook up lead, water barrel, gas bottle and hitch cover. Everything you need to get started.

The caravan was last serviced in Feb 2023.
