Much loved and cared for Bailey Pegasus 514 4 berth caravan with king size bed and dinette/bunk beds. Currently on Seagull Tourist Park site in St Merryn near Padstow. INC-motor mover, 2 gas bottles, oven/hob, waste container, water aquaroll. Double glazing. Electric heating, microwave,JVC radio/cd . Tv digital aerial.
Alarm, extra lock on front door.
SITE FEES PAID TILL OCT 1st. Winter storage available on site.
( site fees costs approx £2000 per season)
Can be seen all working and I can explain everything.
Currently on a seasonal pitch in the best position for sunsets and sea views/ it can also be stored over the winter period there. Just over 1 hour from Plymouth.
The site accepts dogs and there are so many amazing beaches and walks in this area.
