Avondale mayfair 380/2 2 berth caravan. 2004 model
Clean and tidy.
Comes with new battery, new eletric leads, water carrier, toilet fluids and more.
Also had new awning only used 3 times.
Caravan also benefits from having a motor mover attached which makes it super easy to pitch up.
Fridge, cooker , sink toilet shower gas and eletri, lights.
All fully working

Paperwork and service history
We've owned this caravan for over 3 years but haven't really had time to use it.
Bad point hence low price.
We had a small leak on front window so started to repair by taking off internal ply but that's as far as we have gone due to having a baby.
Easy fix fir competent DIY person and should only take a few hours.
Only serious buyers please.
