The caravan has a gravel parking bay and is a few meters away from one of the parks play areas great for families you can sit on the decking and watch the kids/grandkids a few feet away!

Living room with comfortable corner seating and a pull out small double bed, a corner dining table, additional coffee table, tv unit & side tables.

Kitchen has integrated fridge freezer (70/30 split), gas cooker with 4 burner hob, grill and oven. A Kettle, toaster & microwave. Other kitchen utensils optional.

In the spacious bathroom there is a large cubicle with powerful shower with integrated shelves, a sink with hand towel rail and storage. A WC, a heated and additional towel rail.

Bedroom 1 is very spacious with a double bed, fitted bedside shelves with a lamp and vanity desk with mirror. There is also a double wardrobe and additional separate drawers.

Bedroom 2 has two caravan single beds (we push together to make a double), 1 bedside shelves, a lamp, a mirror and a wardrobe.

There is a patio’d area to the rear for catching the late sun and entertaining.

The front of the caravan is facing the coast with Coldingham Bay a beautiful very scenic 15-20 mins stroll from the park.

Coldingham village has a spar shop, a butchers, a pub with a lovely restaurant and another with a beer garden that has access to a play park and large football field.
There is a lot of history in the area with the likes of Coldingham Abbey, Gunsgreen House and Ayton Castle a short distance away and a must see.

Coldingham Bay Caravan park is a soon to be 12 month holiday park with additional touring pitches, it has a large newly built clubhouse that serves food and drinks. It also has a pool table and a games room. There is entertainment and bingo at the weekends.
Being a Verdant Owner you get discounts in the clubhouse and you can visit other parks including Scoutscoft which also has a lovely clubhouse, kids activities, games room and a park.

Venturing out of Coldingham St Abbs (The New Asgard if you’re a Marvel fan) is a short 5 min drive or a beautiful walk along the famous award winning cliffs with stunning views.

Eyemouth is the next village with a beach, arcades, pubs, 1 large play park and 1 small park. Shops, restaurants, takeaways, ice cream, feed the seals, lots of boats and boat trips. It also has its own Golf course.

Berwick (10-15 minutes drive) and Edinburgh (40 minutes drive or train from Dunbar) are very accessible for even more areas to explore. There are swimming pools at Dunbar and Berwick. Berwick is home to all of your large brand shops whereas Dunbar is a more traditional town with a beautiful high street. Dunbar is also home to a very large play park combined with a farm/zoo which is a great day out for the whole family.

The active type? You can fish, hike to local lochs, surf, paddle board, scuba dive, cycle or get 18 holes in all within 10 minutes of this location!
