Description
This top of the range touring caravan with top range fixtures and fittings is in good condition for the year. The Cadiz has a spacious front lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen in the centre, with 2 separate single beds in the rear (6’ x 2’6” and 6’ 5” x 2’ 6”) and the lounge easily converts into a big double bed 6’ 9” x 4’ 8” wide. Rear bathroom with shower, wardrobe and laundry basket. Great caravan for a family or a couple.
The caravan features an ATC system for very stable towing, an external gas BBQ point and an electric socket. Fully serviced (April 25) and damp checked.
This caravan is fully kitted and ready to go camping next week. It comes with the following included within the sale price: Powrtouch Evolution motor mover, custom fit towing cover, hitch lock, AL-KO wheel lock, aqua roll, water pump, waste master, waste pipe and fittings for serviced and non-serviced pitch, 100W solar panel, mains power cable and reel, 2 x 6kg gas bottles, 2 tier caravan step, levelling ramps and wheel chocks. TV, caravan towing mirrors, and a full set of unused, drop in carpets.
