We are selling our well loved CRIS registered caravan (which does have some age related bumps).
Working motor mover, for easier manoeuvrability.
This caravan has a superb layout.

A large Heiki skylight in the ceiling of the lounge area, floods the caravan with natural day light, and also benefits from a blackout blind and fly screen, as does all of the windows, this lets air flow whilst reducing fly access.
Under seating houses onboard Truma water tank. Which can hold up to 10 litres of water and can be operated on 240v battery or gas.
Addition of a heater, and good sized working fridge, with small freezer box to the top.

Lots of additional extras are also being included, including an extra large steel pole awning, which more than doubles the size of the caravan itself, with curtains, caravan skirt, full groundsheet and large mat (plenty of room for a double inflatable mattress) and room for chairs and table.

Aqua roll and waste container included.
Instructions for all built in appliances included.
Some service history receipts, however would benefit from a service, as not used last year, but everything has been tested recently and no damp present.
