2000 Bailey Pageant Imperial 2 Berth Caravan

Description

This caravan is in great condition and has the following equipment

Motor mover with remote control
Two sets of mirror extensions to fit to your car
A weighing device to ensure that the load on the tow bar is within limits
Three new tyres (including spare)
Two gas bottles in the front locker
An awning with the side skirts and some wind breaks
Aluminium step for the door
A 40l aqua-roll with handle and the adapter with built in pump to connect this to the van water input
Wastemaster grey water trolly with hoses
240V hook-up cable with an adapter for a domestic 13A connection
ALKO towing damper and anti-theft device
Full size gas cooker with four rings
Electrolux three way refrigerator (we have never tried the gas option)
The previous owners renewed all the upholstery and curtains
There is plenty of storage space, both overhead and under the seats
The seats convert to a full size double bed
There is a mains powered water heater
There is a bathroom with the following:

Thetford chemical toilet
Washbasin
Shower cubicle (this is not sealed and therefore cannot be used as a shower)
Nearly full height wardrobe

There is some documentation for some of the equipment. I contacted Bailey to see if I could get a copy of the owners manual. They did not have one available, but they sent me an electronic copy of the manual for a 2002 version, which apparently is nearly identical. I will send a copy to the buyer.

There is some damage to the end of the cupboard unit near the door. This has been covered by a previous owner, please see the photographs.

The caravan is currently stored in a secure caravan park in Caister-on-sea.
