2011/12 bailey Olympus 525 - 5 berth double dinette layout single axle touring caravan.
In my opinion the best layout on the market with a rear lounge that can be converted into a double bed with bunk over the top to create the 5 Berth with a fitted door to close the back end off for nighttime privacy. The benefit of this layout is the rear end can be left as a permanent fixed bed but there’s always the option of reverting it back should you need to.

We have taken this in as a px vehicle .
I’ve run all the appliances up and everything works as it should on and I’d be more than happy to demonstrate it all working before it leaves.
On the face of it the inside is in very good clean condition for a family layout caravan of this age and I’m sure you wouldn’t be disappointed.

The caravan is 13 years old and if one of our ox’s so will be sold on a spares or repairs basis with no warranty as it stands as with all our px’s. Please see terms of sale below. .

Rather than clean, prepare and repair every little tiny defect we find we are selling this as it’s been Px”d into us and it’s being sold at a much lower price than if we was to retail it.
All px vehicles are sold as not fit for purpose and Sold as spares or repairs.
There will be damp and defects associated with age as with nearly every caravan at this age.
Strictly no warranty given or implied.
The caravan is 13 years old and not new and not described as new and will have marks, dents, damp, defects etc associated with age.
We add these terms as standard to all px vehicles.

If you want a caravan fully serviced with a warranty please see other items advertised.

As with any used caravan it is advised to get a full service by an approved workshop engineer to ensure yourself its safe to use, please bear this in mind when buying any used tourer unless they’ve just been serviced before you buy.
It is also your responsibility to ensure it’s safe to tow, tyres, brakes etc unless we are delivering it for you as this service is available (at extra cost) upon viewing.
