UPDATE, 20th JULY 2025: PLEASE CALL OR TEXT ME IN THE FIRST INSTANCE RATHER THAN EMAIL VIA GUMTREE. FOR SOME REASON I AM NOT ABLE TO REPLY TO EMAILS RECEIVED, AND GUMTREE CANNOT SEEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT ME OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT. THANKS.
