Description
Manufactured in 2007 this Trailer tent was built to last. Heavy canvas fabric an a metal trailer with full size wheels. It is stable and comfortable with two double beds on the trailer and 2 pods for additional sleeping underneath. The beds each have a full zip around curtain for as much privacy as canvas can allow. The canvas helps to keep it cooler in the very hot weather and warmer on the chilly nights. We were camping during Storm Floris this year in North Norfolk with amazing levels of rain and wind and nothing got wet or blew down unlike some of the more modern tents on the site.
It tows really well behind our electric car with minimal effort or battery drain. The trailer tilt is in good condition but as you will see from the pictures it has had a single repair. It is stored in the garage when not in use so everything is in good working order. I replaced the lighting system last year as the original system had become a little unreliable. There is a large front storage box that is big enough to take a water carrier and toilet plus many sundries. The under seat storage carries all our equipment such as pots and pans with the awning poles and larger pieces stored in the between the seats. This means that all your equipment is stored in one place and ready to go.
When fully erected with the additional awning it is 7.2 meters long and 4.2 Wide. The main awning and the additional awning both have a front door section although we have never used it preferring to have the front open as seen in the pictures.
The windows all have an insect barrier so they can allow in fresh air but keep as many of the bugs out as possible. The ground sheet zips in all the way around so there are minimal draughts and it helps to keep the puppy contained.
Happy to demonstrate for any potential buyer if required.
