The Thule EasyBase 949 is a flexible four-in-one transport solution, perfect for supporting your bike carrier or carrybag ready for the journe ahead.

Backup box:
Thule BackUp 900 rear storage box fits to the EasyBase platform and gives you 420 litres of easily accessible extra space at the back of your car. It can carry up to 31 kg (please check the max towball and rack weight). Simply attach Thule BackUp to the EasyBase (no tools required) and you are ready to go. The BackUp has its greatest advantages when you need to use the car roof to transport other equipment, or when you need to transport anything bulky, dirty or wet, like golfbags, prams, diving equipment or garden waste.
Your back is spared from high lifting, the interior of your car is kept clean and your roof is free to carry other loads. The lid opens widely to facilitate loading. Strap attachments inside the box can be used to secure the load. Dual-Force lid makes it easy to open and close. The box is easily attached to the EasyBase using four U-bolt
