Selling our beloved and much cherished Toyota Hiace campervan, which is a truly wonderful vehicle.
The van recently passed its MOT so is good to go for another year of fun.
Cool things about it:
- it sleeps up to four people
- it seats up to seven
- the layout is adaptable so you can have a booth seating arrangement, or more of a coach set up
- it has a great Sony stereo with Apple CarPlay
- loads of storage
- the kitchen unit at the back includes a sink and water pump
- it’s mega reliable
- solar panel
- awning tent
Technical details:
- Toyota Hiace Nippon conversion, imported from Japan
- 155,000km (not miles) on the clock - equates to 96,000 miles
- diesel engine
- Year’s MOT
- only minor advisories
- brand new clutch fitted in June
Things to be aware of:
- it’s old. The van is from 1994
- it has some rust and a small hole (pictured) on the casing
- the rear windscreen squirter doesn’t work
- we have a replacement latch for the boot but needs fitting (it works but have to close it a couple of times)
It’s a beaut of a vehicle.
