Description
1994 Talbot express swift royale.
5 berth.
115,000 miles (timing belt changed).
Power steering also installed.
MOT'd until next February-March
Newly refurbished interiors including complete overhaul of the shower/washroom.
Professionally recovered seats machine washable (zip off).
Newly insulated.
Roof Resealed and butyl taped for extra protection.
Tv.
Gas oven, 4 hobs and grill.
Three way fridge/freezer (gas or electric).
I have also installed a hybrid inverter costing over £800. This enables the plug sockets to work without being plugged into a camping sight like most vans.
To power this we have 2 x pov life4 leisure batteries which were only installed in april
Furthermore, there are 2x 100w solar panels to keep the batteries topped up.
Driving the van also charges these batteries and you can also plug the van into a traditional house plug socket to charge it.
This may look like an old van from the outside it is 30 years old.
However, this van will put many newer vans which people are asking for close to £30,000 to shame. The ability to have full 240v electric without plugging into an electric supply is not to be underestimated. This means you can pull up where you like and be able use traditional electrical equipment (hair straighteners, hair dryer, kettle or microwave etc) and the solar panels keep you charged up when doing so.
The van comes with two large gas bottles one is opened but practically full.
There is a wind out flame awning.
The main living quarters door can be opened fully or just a half think they call it a (barn door).
There are two roof vents.
All of the windows can be opened and have pull down flies nets as well as pull down insulating blinds.
I got two extra sets of keys cut (3 sets)
Plenty of solar lights.
I also have a roof box I took it of to accommodate the solar panels I had intentions to put it on the back beside the ladder but haven't got around to it yet but it will come with the van.
I also have another gas boiler which hooks into the ladder with a shower head to wash things down before entering the van (like an outside shower) handy for dogs or to wash sand or dirt of. To keep it clean inside.
It really needs to be seen to be appreciated.
