Selling due to wanting to switch to one very large can/small van rather than large van and car. We had some welding done with last MOT, new clutch and brakes. Engine has always been great.
This is a 2001 ex ambulance, owned by St Johns ambulance who used it for community transport. We bought it from a dealer who got it from St Johns (hence 3 owners). It is registered as a 'van with windows' and we converted it into a campervan, we informed the DVLA of all changes (letter available).
Campervan features it has
- two berth foldable wooden sofa/bed
- we have also made a bed 'extender' that goes across the two seats which is ideal space for a toddler
- two belted seats in addition in back, one swivel
- gas camping oven with two hobs and gas bottle included
- sink with electric or manual operation tap (water tank below)
- original lighting which we have changed out some of the bulbs to be warm white LED
- solar panel and leisure battery installed
There are some aspects which are in keeping with a 2001 van
- the back door is dropped, it closes fine but needs care not to damage the rear light
- the indicator and hazard lights recently an intermittent fault
