The build was done by the previous owner I got the camper from 2 years ago, he owned a fabrication company and I would say it’s done to a high standard.
There is no pop roof but it’s the L3H2 model, I’m 6ft and I can stand in the camper just fine.
The leisure batteries are in the rear of the camper and the gas bottle is located in the middle of the camper under the sink, only accessible from outside of the camper.
The reg is WN64OCC, Iv had her for a couple years now and I took her over to my house in Spain for a short trip and she was a dream.
The cab itself has every extra I believe
Aircon, cruise control, Bluetooth calls and music, factory doubled in touch screen with maps, the seats have nice leather covers I believe, also the previous owner had GHOST immobiliser installed.
She has side steps all the way along for easy access into drivers door and into the rear of the van through the side door.
I paid 19k for her 2 years ago and I feel she’s still worth close to this but for a fast sale I would be happy with somewhere around the 16k mark..
There is gas for the water boiler
There is mains plug in electric and 12v from the 2 leisure batteries.

The best part for us has been the Full side double bed at the rear, with a normal mattress and with under bed storage accessible from the rear, containing the 2x70L water tanks.
The 140L has been plenty enough for 4 days off grid camper for 2 people.
It has full shower cubicle, with cassette toilet which really made this van stand out from the others to us
Behind a panel in the rear you have access to the batteries, switch board, solar charger and all fuses etc
It’s a 2 person camper with only the double bed, and 1 seat and table
