Fiat, Ducato 1.3t, 1987,1971 (cc) Motorhome
Comes with everything !

Only selling because my husband had bought it to use to work away in but has accepted a different job offer closer to home . We would have kept her for holidays but unfortunately we don’t have anywhere to store her.

Has 1 year new MOT as of yesterday.

Inside he has taken the carpet away from the ceiling and has boarded it instead and sealed with waterproof paint.

He has also taken the carpet away from the floor and we have the peel and stick laminate flooring ready to go down which will come with the vehicle.

Bathroom has been taken out and spray painted white and put back in, bathroom walls reboarded and sealed with waterproof paint.

Water tank has been taken out and cleaned. we have puriclean water solution to clean through the pipes that will also come with the vehicle.
Has a working hob and some gas in the gas bottle.
Aslo has a working under counter fridge.

At the back there is a wardrobe which did have 1 rail but my husband has put shelves in instead to maximise storage.

Has had a new heater fitted inside (see pics to see the heater) and brand new boiler

Comes with 1 leisure battery and 1 amg battery.

I also have a pair of new dark grey thermal curtains for the front of the cab.

The back seats do not have cushions. We had planned to get a memory foam mattress and cut it to shape but didn’t get round to it.
The left back seat lifts up with storage space underneath.

The inside could do with a paint to tidy it up and make it homely, again we had planned to it but haven’t got round to it and now with selling her we see the point when the new owner may want to do it themselves to put your stamp on it :)

We also have a new skylight to go in (see pics) the one that is in atm the previous owner has screwed shut so we got a new one but didn’t get round to putting it in.

Anything that we have for her she will come with.

New pictures of the inside will be put up tomorrow.

She needs to go ASAP as we don’t have anywhere to store her.
