2019 Automatic A-Class Burstner Ixeo 690G 4 berth luxury motorhome with only 3978 miles from new. This motorhome is based on the 2.3 Fiat Ducato chassis with a gross weight of4250kg this will require a C1 licence to drive. The cambelt kit and service has recently been carried out.

The layout of this motorhome is rear twin fixed singles with large garage below.

The rear garage is very large in size and can comfortable fit a scooter in there if required along with all your other equipment. There is also a double 240v socket fitted in the garage.

The twin fixed singles above the garage are a good size with windows either side and a skylight above. There is a TV ready fitted and an infill should you want to sleep transverse in this area as a double. I like the under and over cabinet lighting that really sets the mood. On from the bedroom is the washroom on the offside and this has all you could need. With swivel electric flushing toilet, toiletries storage as well as built in toilet roll holder inside the cupboard, swing around sink so the shower becomes separate meaning it doesnt get the toilet wet. There is a good size hand basin, vanity mirror and roof light for great ventilation. All in modern style you would expect to find in a new ensuite.

The Kitchen is opposite to the nearside. There is an oven with built in grill, a 3 burner gas hob with glass lid, large modern slimline 3 way fridge freezer, bowl sink with insert for when not in use. A drop down with a 240v plug in it which I would guess would be for a coffee machine should you choose to take one. There is currently a toaster in the spot at the moment. There is also plenty of stroage for the groceries.

The lounge is to the front and is a very social affair, you could happierly have 6 seated around for dinner or over for the evening for drinks. The lounge is made up from a forward facing "L" shaped settee which has 2 extra travelling 3 point seat belts, a single side settee and the front cab seat swiveled around. There is over head cupboards yet again and a Tv built in by the door too.

There is a double bed that drops down from the cab ceiling as you would expect on an A-Class so you have 4 berth and 4 belts.
There is also the winter pack fitted which is insulated tanks with heated waste tank and heated front cab seats.
