1975 Volkswagen T2 Bay Window Camper. White over Brilliant Orange with contrasting upholstery. This is a right-hand drive 1975 Volkswagen T2 Bay Window Camper, a true classic that has been with its last owner for 17 years. It comes fitted with a rock and roll bed and a gas cooker, making it the perfect base for weekends away once completed.
In recent years the van has undergone significant restoration work including a professional respray along with structural welding and panel replacement. It runs and drives well, and with some further work will be ready for many more adventures.
Unfortunately, due to the closure of the workshop that had been carrying out the restoration, the camper is not quite finished. The front axle is showing signs of corrosion and will need repairing or replacing, and it would benefit from a full service before being put back into regular use.
