With a strong focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and ASD), I embrace diversity and celebrate each client’s unique strengths, helping you move forward in ways that work for you.

With over 25 years of experience in retail management, customer service, and procurement, I have worked through many of the challenges my clients face. In 2004, I set up my own businesses in retail, eCommerce, and import/export, which I continue to run alongside my coaching and consultancy work. I specialise in supporting start-ups and micro-businesses looking to grow and scale, as well as helping individuals who feel stuck in their careers to find clarity, motivation, purpose and direction. My work also extends to leadership development, executive coaching, and change management for individuals and teams at all levels.

Currently, I serve as an Associate Director for an international consultancy, where I lead business development, deliver 1:1 executive coaching, and facilitate leadership training programmes. This includes our flagship Coaching Excellence Programme; which has supported over 6,000 managers worldwide and consistently achieved effectiveness ratings exceeding 90% for clients such as Google, Centrica, Vodafone, LinkedIn, and Boots, among others.

I have a Diploma in Professional Coaching and hold CPD accredited certifications in executive function coaching (CiM), NLP and Life Coaching (AC) and Coaching Individuals with Neurodiversity (Oxford Brookes). As a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) andI regularly attend CPD workshops and seminars to stay informed about the latest coaching practices and trends.

4 x 60 min Session Block: £75 per session*
10 x 60 min Session Block: £60 per session*
