I have been a life coach and coach in businesses for 18 years. I have a lot of experience in helping people with Career transitions, both in their current line of work, and also having the courage to step into something that they would love to do !

I also specialise in looking at Relationships, either at work or at home. Understanding how others tick (and yourself !) much better, you could try an Insights Discovery personality profile which is great, using colours to understand why people do what they do..,

I am a positive optimistic person...there are lots of ways to make yourself feel better, and I can help with the tools and techniques to help these good feelings to stick.

Steve is an excellent life coach and I can highly recommend! A year ago I moved solo to a new country and started my first job after graduating. Steve has accompanied me on this journey and provided me with a lot of tools and techniques (including an Insights Discovery personality profile) that have been paramount in helping me cope with the challenges that arose from this transition. I have found every session to be very insightful and resourceful in managing daily encounters and understanding myself and others better. Hence, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable mindset. I cannot thank Steve enough for helping me learn how to help myself.

Have recently finished a 7 month coaching period with Steve and would highly recommend ! I originally wanted coaching to boost self confidence for a new job I was starting and wanted to do my best, however as things go, lots of different roads led to the lack of confidence I had, and we explored reasoning and thought strategies to help me understand how to overcome any hurdles. Finally, in my last session I felt I couldn't wait to show off to Steve since I had used all the techniques he taught me and was creating the life for myself that I never thought I could !! 😎 Highly recommended !
