Talib really helped me to understand what the actual issue was - not with my PC but a weird routing issue with the ISP provided router (and I’m pleased to say the temporary workarounds we worked out for the issue are helping). He really took the time to understand the issue and what I’d already done to try and fix it too - would highly recommend

Talib is a lovely young man. Polite and considerate. My laptop needed a new hard disk and he carefully transferred important data for me. Laptop is fixed and working really well now.
