Description

I am a life coach, business mentor and group facilitator. For forty years I have supported businesses and individuals in developing toward their visions, be it life style change, career development or business growth. Always the process is to “walk alongside”, supporting you in finding your own best solutions to change, and bringing experience and knowledge to widen the options you can explore in order to move forward. I love my work, and find it a privilege to work with people who find the courage to walk their life journey as fully as possible.

Coaching and Mentoring is unique to each person, and is time committed to focus entirely on your issues, your development and your life journey – be it personal or work focused. The sessions support you in finding ways to live fully the life which you want and work out practical solutions to issues you face. I help you to identify aptitudes ranging from practical or physical skills to intellectual, creative, spiritual and emotional skills. I work with you to find balance in your life so that you have energy for all those skills.

Facilitation allows a group or team or board of directors to explore their strengths and issues, work towards solutions and changes that will improve their business, and get to know each other better in their work demands and structures.

I have worked in every sector, in businesses large, medium and small, and with people from an enormously wide variety of backgrounds. My ambition is to help people get to a place which feels more effective and better balanced than where they started!

June has been a superb business mentor to me as a CEO of a small social enterprise with big ambitions. She uses fantastic listening skills to really understand day to day challenges and then synthesises important elements to support change. At the same time, she brings years of her own business experience and can tease out the intricacies of running an organisation including the practical organisational structures and the finances, with a big dose of wisdom thrown in. I would highly recommend June.

Highly recommend! I came across June in the back of the CIC Governance guide that I found when I was in the early stage of developing a CIC (Community Interest Company). It can be quite overwhelming and as soon as I contacted June, I felt reassured that I was in very capable hands and that she has very honourable intentions at the core of all her advice.
