I started my own business in 1995 and grew it organically to employ over 30 staff in 3 locations. During that time I managed to balance work with a plan for retirement before successfully selling my business to a competitor.

In the last few years of my business I studied to learn more about the technical parts of business which included financial planning, leadership and the management and empowerment of teams. This led to my accountant asking me to mentor other businesses they were working with which has seen tremendous growth.

I hope to bring a wealth of knowledge to new and existing businesses both in terms of technical knowledge, best practice accompanied with personal experience of both success and failure. This had already aided huge growth to the businesses I work with. So much so, in many of them, the growth is so organic, my relationship is now simply a sounding board and check in.
