Hi, I'm Flo – a certified coach and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultant, passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential.

For over 12 years, I thrived in the corporate world by building strong, connected teams, fostering collaboration, and helping people grow—both personally and professionally. But what truly lit me up was seeing individuals step into their potential and align with what truly matters to them.

That’s why I chose to pursue my passion: supporting others to live authentically and in alignment with their core values.

Now, in my 1:1 coaching, I support women and non-binary individuals. Together, we craft a vision for a life that feels fulfilling and true to YOU—whatever that may look like.

Just completed the 'You're not lazy, you're just stuck' online workshop with Flo, and I found it to be excellent. Flo creates a professional and welcoming experience allowing space to be open and explore what is blocking you from achieving what you are looking to achieve, without feeling pressured. Great advice and tips throughout, with tasks to work on and plenty of takeaways. Would definitely recommend! Imported from Google
