I called Andrew in when we developed a leak coming in above the window, we thought it was a leak in the facing brick but he identified the cause very quickly as a roofing issue and arranged a visit to fully assess it within a week. It was confirmed that we needed a new gully and gutter drains . Very impressed with the speed and efficiency Andrew had really helped us out.

Andrew is the builder you dreamed of; honest, polite, super-friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. He organised a small job for me while completing reroofing a neighbour’s house. It was probably harder than anticipated, and I extended it to a second chimney stack too, but it was all done, in a flash, and with a smile. Regarding costs, I don’t think he made too much from these jobs, so he’s value for money too; what more could one ask? Trust Andrew, you won’t be disappointed.

We had some work done on our solar panels and while the scaffolding was up, wanted to replace many broken tiles and do some maintenance/repairs on our chimneys. Andrew came the same day that the request was sent out (a Friday) and although his quote was not the cheapest, his reputation based on reviews and his obvious knowledge gave me confidence in the quality of his work. He was able start the following Monday and finished the jobs in 2 days, leaving the site clean and tidy. I then spent some time examining the work and there was one small item that I was not happy about, and he came and fixed it to my satisfaction next morning with no problems. Highly recommended.
