Poor customer service! After responding to my request for quotation - I was offered 4 different prices within a 10 minute window with the price dropping by over 40% without me bargaining, just saying that I wanted to collate some other quotes before making a decision. To me this clearly shows that the initial price was chancing an opportunity to rip me off. After accepting the quote and agreeing the start of work, the next day I was called and chased for another £100 which was not aligned with what we had agreed the day before and was spoken to very unprofessionally. Following completion of the work, I was messaged 4 times within 4 hours of the work being done chasing payment despite having not even been sent an invoice for the work yet. I would expect a contractor to wait at least 12-24 hours after issuing an invoice before repeatedly chasing payment. I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend using this company to anyone.

Needed a step doing outside our patio doors contacted rob he ran me through a few different styles. Made up my mind on which one got him around and within a couple days my step was built. Brilliant job done by Robert and his colleague really happy with it cheers
