I have been very patient with your poor service, it was agreed on Monday that you are going to make a refund of the 50% payment I made with no work done, yet you haven’t paid me instead you blocked me and don’t pick up my calls except when I used a different number to call, this is a very mean thing to do as you have been in possession of my money for more than 2 weeks now. Please I don’t want this escalating too far, can you kindly and peacefully pay me back my money because I have a very important project to be done. Please treat as urgent. Thank you. This would have been a zero star rating if there was an option like that.

Good day I have been trying to reach you and get more information about when exactly you will be in for the Job this week but I have gotten no response from you both via telephone and text. I have paid 50% for this job yet nothing has been done for a job that was scheduled to finish yesterday as planned. Can I please kindly request for a refund because if you are treating me this way after I paid part for the job, I have lost faith in your ability to do the job efficiently.
