Unfortunately we cannot give zero stars. This company was formerly trading as Advance Damp Proofing, and we paid them £3345.00. The company name (A&J) now reflects their new business name: Aaron and Jessica Harvey. The works were unfinished and sub standard. And no rubbish removed. Promises after promises to come and rectify the works, came to nothing. There is clear evidence of moisture ingress, indicating that the damp proofing has failed or was improperly installed. We have identified several issues consistent with poor workmanship in the damp proofing process that we are now having to pay out for again. This company is now AnJ or AandJ. It will probably change names again. After 6 months we have had to go elsewhere to get the work done to a standard that we can get a guarantee. And pay out again. Bark removed my complaint previously. Hopefully this will stick. Photos are available if anybody wants evidence! Do not trust this company. They do not care about your home.
