Very quick to respond and reasonably priced for removal of large fallen tree. Completed the job in one day and cleared all of the debris/mess afterwards. However did not provide an invoice for the work completed which has led to me not being able to claim the cost of this work through my home insurance provider leaving me out of pocket for hundreds of pounds. They have been asked numerous times to provide an invoice but have not provided this and the last message has been ignored. Very disappointing as we are very happy with the work carried out but the unprofessional approach to providing an invoice has let them down massively. Honestly wouldn't recommend them following our experience.

Orchard Tree Surgeons did a first class job of digging out and removing a dead box hedge and leaving the site tidy afterwards. They were friendly and professional throughout the work. Highly recommended team for anyone needing garden work. Thanks again, lads!
