Greenshield Insulations Ltd. completed work at my mother's property approximately four weeks ago. The assigned technician, Alan, exhibited unprofessional conduct, including argumentative and discourteous behavior, causing my mother significant distress. While the project was ultimately finished, the experience fell considerably short of expectations.

Alan and his team have done a great job in the repointing and the application of the Stormdry to our walls. All work was done on time and with the weather in mind appropriate time left for the walls to dry off completely. Alan will also be back in approximately 3 months to check Stormdry has been thoroughly absorbed by the walls.

We've had serious problems with heat loss since we moved here. We've had new loft insulation but it made no difference. I put an ad on the Bark website and only Alan's response was helpful. He came and did a full (free) survey, identified the problems, the proposed solutions and the cost. They've done a fabulous job and, though they overran by one day, stuck to their quote. We were told it would be three months to feel the full benefit but, four weeks after they finished, we are noticeably warmer. Highly recommended.

A very good experience. The job turned out to be more difficult than was expected, but that did not phase Alan and his team. They got on with the job. Alan was clean kind and considerate, and knew what he was doing.

Alan of Greenshield Insulations, has done a fantastic job on insulating my loft space. Thoroughly knowledgeable & understanding as to what was required to complete the task. Always arrived on time & finished the assignment as agreed. Also, disposed of all the rubbish & cleaned up the loft, before he left. Can thoroughly recommend him
