Called JC home improvement for a quote to fix a leak, James discovered major roof issues and walk us through every step on what was needed to be done. In the end we decided to replace the whole roof and the work began immediately, James and team were wonderful and courteous and finished in a timely manner. The work was top notch and will be using James again when we replace our lower roof.

James did a major repair to our roof which was completely rotten. He did a great job at a reasonable price and was very open and honest all the way through. He took photos and videos of the roof as the work progressed and explained everything which was very reassuring. James and his brother were very pleasant and polite and we would have no hesitation in having them back for any more work we need.
