Weatherproof Property improvements - turned up on time. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Came to repair a leak in the roof with 2 workers. Took time to look round to see where the leak was. Tried a few things to eliminate where the rain was coming in. Replaced tiles and lead work. Tested with a garden hose all seemed ok. Would recommend this company very highly.

Thanks to John and his team for our new roof. The guys was quick to respond and easy to deal with from the beginning. All the work was completed within the time we agreed and left the area completely spotless . Highly recommend this firm 👍. Thanks guys

Cowboy alert! Should have paid attention to the warning signs. Out of the 34 reviews online, about 30 about from the 2 specific days in August 2023, suspicious no? In particular given the 'company' was only incorporated in October. Started with big promises - "I found the leak, 100% I'm going to fix it, zero chances it will cost more than quoted". Change guttering soffits and facias and the leak did not stop. It was apparently from the windows. At the end he admitted that he did not trace any leak in the roof. To add to that, he pushed me to do a 'powerwash' for the rood. A practice which the roofing association warns against and actually damages the roof. At the same time he tried to convince the need requires extra repair for £8K. Another two roofer came after him and reassured me this is not need. As this was not enough, he also evades tax authorities and refuses to issue an invoice although he was paid in full. Stay away, poor judgment on my side - the writing was on the wall.
