Three times a no show, first 2 times he text after agreed time so messaged after 3rd time and said no longer require your services

Disappointed with the service. Cracked two roof tiles while removing moss, and the moss removal itself was patchy and poorly done. Then tried to pressure me into additional work on the ridge tiles, which felt manipulative. Overall, a poor experience — would not recommend.

They did a bodge job they charged me &£800 and the leak is still there and they don’t want to answer phone calls appsolute cowboys rip off.

Thank you for not returning my calls. Thank you for doing an extremely bad job and using the cheapest materials possible. Thank you for doing such a bad repair on previous work. Thank you for leaving us with water dripping down our newly decorated walls. Thank you for not turning up when you said you would. I have nothing positive to say I’m afraid which makes me very sad as I really do not like to leave bad reviews. Sadly, on this occasion it is fully deserved and I have had to find someone else to do the work. It seems that a 25 year guarantee on works completed means very little.

We hired Billy in good faith and thought he had done a good job. Our neighbours roofer pointed out some holes and wrong fixings, from his drone pictures. Billy is aware and it is his responsibility to rectify this. We are still waiting on Billy to sort this out. I will change this review when it is resolved.
